    Don’t send us personal information

    We will never ask for your ID number, bank details, a one-time PIN, a password or copies of your documents. Please don’t include them in an email. If someone claiming to be from The Mzansi Post asks you for them, it is a scam.

    We can’t help with your application

    We are an independent guide, not a government department. We can’t see, check or change anyone’s application, status, payment or results, and we can’t speed anything up. For that, contact the agency directly:
